Role:
Associate Consultant – As an Associate, you will work collaboratively with peers and senior leaders to meaningfully contribute to engagements, from the scoping process to the final presentation. You’ll have the opportunity to take on significant roles from day one, have exposure to clients, and quickly build an invaluable skillset.
What we do:
We help our private equity and corporate clients face a myriad of complex business challenges through bespoke research and analysis. Some example engagements include:
- Growth Strategy Development
- Go-To-Market & Sales Strategy Refinement
- Commercial (Market) Due Diligence
- Acquisition Identification & Support
- Voice of the Customer Studies
Your place on the team:
Associates will conduct research and key analysis as they look to support the broader case team in delivering actionable results for our clients. Given the truly collaborative culture at HSG, Associates will hold an active role in developing and forming all case analysis and client recommendations. Our model is light on hierarchy and focused on allowing contributors at all levels to take on meaningful roles on each engagement. You will work with some of the best and brightest to answer nuanced questions for a demanding client base. You will gain exposure to several discrete industries in your time at HSG, as well as develop skills and big-picture thinking ability that will pay dividends as you move forward in your career.
Qualifications:
We are currently seeking applications at the Associate Consultant level from recent and upcoming graduates – we require a completed bachelor’s degree by June 2025. We value intelligence, curiosity, and work ethic above all and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply. We look to give those that are new to the industry a welcoming environment to build core technical skills and learn to think strategically.
