Internship Program:
Interns will have the opportunity for personal and professional development while, gaining insight into future career opportunities within our firm. The 10-week program will run from May 28, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Program highlights include networking events, a final group project, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and exposure to professionals in all areas of the business.
The internship will be based out of our Philadelphia, PA location. This is a hybrid position, and the intern will be required to work in the office at least three days per week, but it could be more based on business needs.

OVERVIEW:
This internship will support the Endowment and Foundation and The Center for Family Philanthropy and Wealth Education teams. Glenmede’s dedicated Endowment and Foundation team partners with more than 250 endowments, foundations, and nonprofit organizations. The team provides comprehensive investment management, advisory, and administrative services to our nonprofit partners. The Center for Family Philanthropy and Wealth Education (CFPWE) partners with clients’ core relationship teams to deliver tailored philanthropic advisory and administration services, coupled with holistic wealth education as key components of Glenmede’s unique approach to Goals-Based Wealth Management. Both teams’ high level of client service can include grants management support and tailored advice, education, and administrative resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Roles and responsibilities will vary based on the department, all interns are expected to support a wide range of activities, acting, and performing professionally. At the end of your internship, you will have had exposure to the wealth and investment management businesses, a deeper level of experience in a particular area of focus and working collaboratively alongside managers and specialists of all career levels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and ideally a rising senior, (graduating between May 2026 – December 2026).
- We accept varying majors, business majors preferred.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to carry out detailed work accurately and on time.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented, ability to analyze.
- Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation:
The hourly rate being offered for this role is $30/hour for rising seniors.
