The FGLI Advisory Board considers issues related to the First Generation Low-Income community at Wesleyan University, and relay these issues to relevant administrative offices.
Its mission is to center advocacy and bring awareness to the issues FGLI students face through different avenues, which include but are not limited to: (a) Co-sponsor programming and initiatives for FGLI Students in collaboration with different offices and departments on campus, (b) Establish a line of communication with the FGLI community by updating them on the work of the FGLIAB and FGLI student resources within privacy constraints.
