I did Independent Research for Wesleyan University
What did you work on?
I worked on interdisciplinary writing projects and processed physical specimen in the Earth Systems Studio lab.
What was a highlight of your experience?
I am co-authoring a paper that will be published in Spring 2024; we will be presenting it at a conference in February!
How did your summer experience impact you?
I made a lot of new connections and gained amazing skills. I was able to try different aspects of research and figure out what I like and don’t like. I have a better idea of what I want to do post-Wesleyan because of my summer experience.
