Job Posting – Step-by-Step Guide

Follow the guide below when creating or updating a job posting on Handshake. To create a new job posting, log in to Handshake and click Post a Job from your home dashboard.

  • If you previously posted the same position, you may opt to duplicate an existing posting and edit/update it accordingly
  • New job postings must be created (either from scratch or by duplicating an existing posting) every hiring cycle – i.e. every time you collect new applications/hire new employees for the position, and at least once per academic year at the start of the Fall semester
