Leadership Development and Rotational Programs

What is a Leadership Development / Rotational Program?

They are programs that allow entry-level employees to gain experience at the company, either through an in-depth targeted area or by rotating between different divisions. They will typically last anywhere from 12-18 months to 2-3 years. These programs provide ongoing mentorship with the goals of offering a full-time job after completion and developing the next generation of leaders.

When are they open and who is eligible?

Companies typically recruit undergraduate juniors (internships) / seniors  (full time roles) for these programs in the fall semester. Each program has different timelines, lengths of programs, divisions available, formats of rotations, and specific areas available.

It is important to note that this is not an exhaustive list and this information can change at any time at the employer’s discretion. Links take you to the company’s entry-level/undergraduate opportunities career page or directly to information on the program.  Please check Handshake and the company’s website frequently to set up job alerts and stay up to date.
