Memorandum of Understanding for Health Professions

As you are planning to work or volunteer with healthcare organizations, such as hospitals, community clinics, private practices, and/or other shadowing experiences, you may be required to complete a Memorandum of Understanding in order to participate. Once you have filled out the form and it has been signed by the relevant external organization, please submit it to the Health Professions Administrative Assistant (dpappasferna@wesleyn.edu) for verification and Wesleyan endorsement.
