Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP)

The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) is a U.S. Department of Labor initiative that connects federal and interested private-sector employers with college students, graduate students, and recent graduates with disabilities. The program helps candidates explore internship and permanent job opportunities while giving employers access to a national talent pool of disabled students and early-career professionals.

Candidates apply through participating colleges and universities each fall and may take part in career development activities to strengthen their resumes and interview skills. WRP includes students from all majors and academic levels, from first-year students to graduate and law students, and has helped thousands of students and recent graduates find temporary and permanent employment opportunities.
