Position Title: Research Analyst Intern
Location: New York, NY

Goldsmith & Co. is a boutique executive search and consultancy firm based in New York. Founded in 2009, the firm focuses exclusively on the asset management space to help connect our clients with global leaders in the financial services industry and scale their businesses. Our clients include Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, Hedge Fund managers, Family Offices, University Endowments, and Global Foundations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct rigorous market and industry research and mapping leveraging a variety of tools and sources
and contributing to client centric outcomes
• Support and drive ad-hoc projects to improve our overall operations and processes (project work can be
curated to align to the individual’s interests)
• Assist in the creation of external and internal collateral in support of our ongoing client engagements
Qualifications/Experience:
• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently across a variety of
responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Enthusiastic about the financial services industry with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply
new concepts, regardless of prior experience in recruiting or financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. required
• Experience in data analysis, visualization and coding are not required but are welcomed skills

• $20/hr
• Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm
