Our annual WesLink program is designed to connect current Wesleyan students with alumni and parents virtually during winter break for individual career conversations. Learn how alumni leverage their Wesleyan education, explore a wide breadth of career options, practice your professional communication skills, and develop meaningful relationships to help guide your career development and decision-making.
Conversations will be approximately one hour and will take place virtually between January 8th-19th, 2024 on a day/time set and agreed upon by the host and the selected student. WesLink is open to students of all class years and majors.
Student Application Process
To apply for WesLink, you must submit your approved resume to the WesLink job posting on Handshake and complete the corresponding application form (linked in the job posting), indicating 3 – 10 individual alumni you are interested in meeting with, by Friday, December 1st at 11:59pm. WesLink is open to students of all class years and majors and no prior experience or knowledge is required.

Refer to this list of alumni to identify your preferred connections on the Microsoft application form. You may be selected for and take part in multiple WesLink meetings. You will be notified about the status of your application in mid-December.
You must have your resume approved on Handshake by the Gordon Career Center in order to apply and be eligible to participate in this program. The resume review and approval process can take several business days, so it’s best to get a head start if your resume has not yet been approved on Handshake.
