Social Media/Marketing Research & Community Outreach
Individual with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape to help support online marketing and communications campaigns. Individual will assist in monitoring blogs, forums and social networks; contribute to SFPBS’s blog and online outreach and promotion using Facebook and Twitter; research and develop ways to improve engagement and site traffic and assist with other community engagement tasks, including online and in-person engagement. Responsible for assisting with the organization, planning and execution of community and outreach events; co-sponsorships with community organizations. Marketing, communications, journalism, PR or hospitality majors preferred. Strong writing, editing, research, computer and communication skills a must. Must be detailed oriented with excellent communication skills. Student is required to complete 10 hours per week for each school credit. Proof of enrollment in an internship course and credit letter from school required. Offices located in Boynton Beach, FL
