Memorandum of Understanding for Health Professions

As you are planning to work or volunteer with healthcare organizations, such as hospitals, community clinics, private practices, and/or other shadowing experiences, you may be required to complete a Memorandum of Understanding in order to participate. 

Please keep in mind, you only need to initiate this process if the organization you are going to be working with requires/requests for it.

Once you have filled out the form and it has been signed by the relevant external organization, please submit it to the Health Professions Administrative Assistant (health.professions@wesleyan.edu or dpappasferna@wesleyn.edu) for verification and Wesleyan endorsement.
