Out For Undergrad (O4U)

Out for Undergrad is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping high potential LGBTQ undergraduates reach their full potential in their careers. O4U’s conferences are designed to help LGBTQ students develop as leaders and individuals. Via a series of learning modules, students are guided through the cultivation of industry-specific skills, the development of coaching relationships, and discussions centered around being LGBTQ-identified in the workplace.
