This is an AmeriCorps/Washington Service Corps national service position. It is contingent on funding and open until filled. To serve in AmeriCorps you must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States. Please do not inquire if you do not meet these requirements.
The Technology Navigator supports WorkSource by helping clients learn how to use technology to find meaningful employment. Duties include:
- Deliver classes and training focused on technical and digital literary skills.
- Provide individual support to help clients find the resources and tools for their specific needs.
- Conduct community outreach.
- Support other special projects at the WorkSource office.
Monthly stipend: $3,157

About Us
WorkSource provides an array of services to job seekers and employers. Many of our clients need help accessing and using technology. The member supports our efforts through classroom and individualized technology instruction and also performs targeted outreach at various community events and via marketing campaigns.
